Bitwise Resumes XRP Buying After Five-Day Lull

Leading asset management firms Bitwise and Franklin Templeton have both expanded their XRP holdings following a positive resurgence in the XRP ETF ecosystem.

Per the latest data from SosoValue, XRP ETFs have recorded a combined inflow of over $8 million during their latest trading session, with Bitwise and Franklin Templeton being the only participants.

Bitwise buys 2.86 million XRP

While the past days have seen institutional investors exercise caution in seeking exposure to the XRP investment product, the data shows that they are beginning to show renewed interest, as Bitwise has purchased 2.23 million XRP worth about $2.86 million.

This comes as the fund had recorded a fresh influx of new capital on October 29 after about five days of zero activity and withdrawals.

Following the positive performance seen in the XRP ETF market during their last trading session, they have now achieved cumulative net inflows of about $1.81 billion, while their combined net assets have reached $1.47 billion.

Franklin Templeton takes dominance

Apart from Bitwise, Franklin Templeton also pulled in fresh capital into the market, as further data shows that it bought more XRP than Bitwise did.

The data shows that Franklin Templeton contributed largely to the latest inflows, attracting up to 4.34 million XRP worth about $5.57 million on the same day.

Although Bitwise and Franklin Templeton were the only contributors to the latest inflow recorded, the latter has taken dominance with the largest XRP purchase of the day.

While it has also remained muted in the past days, the latest purchase marks a return to buying activity after five consecutive days without reported inflows.
